Handling takes 1 to 3 business days, and transit runs 5 to 8 business days within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI). Larger items such as gazebos or outdoor kitchens may ship via freight carrier, and you will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also reply to that email or contact us directly if you need an update on your delivery status.

We offer 30-Day Returns on eligible items. The customer covers return shipping on change-of-mind returns, and a 25% restocking fee applies on approved non-defective returns. For items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and affected areas. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a refund within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return.
